All-in-one registration

2011 VVMS All-in-one

The VVMS all-in-one registration will be held Wednesday, August 17th. Sixth grade registration will be from 9-11 am. Registration for all students will be from 11-1 and 4-6. Please fill out the required forms and download all of the documents before the all-in-one. There will be packets of printed materials available in the school office for parents without access to a printer. 

Please contact the department office for information on completing residency verification and submission of Tdap documents before the all-in-one. Lines will be very long the day of registration.

Residency verification

Students who are new to Valley View Middle School or have moved in the last year must have their residency information verified. Please click here to download a pdf flyer with more information. A spanish version is available here.

Vaccination information

The state of California has passed a new law (AB 354) requiring that all students in grades 7 to 12 have a Tdap booster (tetanus, diptheria & pertussis) before July 2011. Please bring written verification that your child has had a Tdap shot since the age of 10 years old to the school office. Students will not be allowed to attend school in August 2011 without this booster. Click here for a flyer with more information.

Adults are also advised to get a pertussis booster shot, if they haven't already, to protect themselves and their families from the ongoing threat of whooping cough.
